New FastMoto Upgrades: Rider Form, Race Conversion and Free Premium Activations
FastMoto has launched three new upgrades, including Race Conversion statistics, Hot and Cold Rider Form indicators, and two free single-event Premium Activations per series for Free users.

FastMoto continues to evolve with a new round of upgrades designed to make rider research clearer, faster and more useful before every gate drop.
The latest update introduces Race Conversion, new Hot and Cold Rider Form indicators, and two free single-event Premium Activations per series for every Free user.
Together, these features give players a better understanding of how riders are performing, while also giving Free users the opportunity to experience FastMoto Premium during two race weekends of their choice.
See Who Turns Qualifying Speed Into Race Results
Qualifying pace can tell part of the story, but it does not always show how a rider will perform once the racing begins.
That is where Race Conversion comes in.
Race Conversion measures the difference between a rider’s qualifying position and their official race result.
For example:
- Qualifies 16th and finishes 8th: +8 Race Conversion
- Qualifies 5th and finishes 11th: −6 Race Conversion
- Qualifies 8th and finishes 8th: 0 Race Conversion
A positive result means the rider gained positions from qualifying to the race result. A negative result means they lost positions.
Inside each rider’s statistics, users can now see:
- Average Race Conversion
- How often the rider beat their qualifying position
- Best and worst conversion results
- Recent three-round Race Conversion
- A qualifying-versus-race performance chart
This gives users another way to identify riders who may not stand out in qualifying but consistently move forward when it matters.
New Hot and Cold Rider Form Indicators
The rider pool now includes new performance icons to help users quickly identify riders whose recent form is moving in the right—or wrong—direction.
- A fire icon appears beside riders who are trending Hot.
- An ice icon appears beside riders who are trending Cold.
Riders who are performing in line with their usual results will not display an icon, keeping the rider pool clean and making the indicators more meaningful.
Rider Form is calculated by comparing a rider’s recent three-round performance against their earlier results from the same series.
The system considers:
- Official race-result trends
- Fantasy-points production
- Race Conversion
This means Rider Form is relative to each individual rider.
A championship contender can be marked Cold if their recent performance has dropped below their own standard. At the same time, a lower-ranked rider can be marked Hot if they are improving and producing stronger results.
The icons are not overall rider rankings. They are designed to highlight meaningful recent performance trends.
Users can hover over or tap the icon to see more information explaining why the rider has been classified as Hot or Cold.
Free Users Now Receive Two Premium Activations Per Series
Free users can now unlock Premium access for two individual events during each series.
These activations give users the opportunity to experience the Premium FastMoto features during race weeks that matter most to them.
Your available activations can be accessed through the new Free Activation button in the main menu navigation.
From there, you can choose when to use one of your two event activations.
Each activation applies to a single event, so they can be saved for later in the series or used immediately.
Once both activations have been used, Premium access remains available through a FastMoto membership for the remaining rounds.
When Rider Lists are live for the upcoming round, that's when you can press and activate your free premium round.
