Lux Turner and Levi Kitchen worked through the pack to score big with the Hard Charger points

Thunder Valley brought the altitude, the chaos, and one of the most interesting FastMoto Fantasy rounds of the Pro Motocross season so far.

On track, Jett Lawrence delivered a statement 450 performance, going 1-1 to win the overall and take control of the 450SMX points lead. Racer X reported that Jett led both motos wire-to-wire, while Jo Shimoda became the third different 250 winner in three rounds after going 3-2 for the overall.

But in FastMoto Fantasy, Thunder Valley was not simply about picking the race winners.

This was a round where the handicap system opened the door for big value plays. Riders like Lux Turner, Benny Bloss, Hamden Hudson, Cornelius Tøndel, Lorenzo Locurcio, Derek Kelley and Enzo Temmerman became round-defining names for users who looked deeper than the obvious factory favourites.

Jett Lawrence Wins Thunder Valley Motocross 2026 - Fantasy MX Results

450 Class: Jett Wins the Race, Benny Bloss Wins FastMoto

Jett Lawrence was the clear man on track. He took both 450 moto wins, claimed back-to-back overall victories, and moved into the championship lead by eight points over Hunter Lawrence. Cycle News also noted that Jett remained unbeaten at Thunder Valley and had reached 26 wins from 30 450MX starts.

Lucas Coenen was one of the biggest stories of the day. In his U.S. Pro Motocross debut, the MXGP star went 2-2 for second overall and immediately proved he can run with the best in the American 450 class. Cycle News reported that Coenen was the fastest rider on track over the final five laps of Moto 1 and became the first Belgian to finish on a Pro Motocross podium since Clement Desalle at Unadilla in 2010.

Hunter Lawrence rounded out the 450 podium with 4-4 finishes, while Garrett Marchbanks had a huge day of his own, going 3-6 for fourth overall. Jorge Prado completed the top five after a 7-5 scorecard.

In FastMoto scoring, though, the top of the 450 board looked very different.

Benny Bloss was the highest-scoring 450 rider of the round with 72 FastMoto points. His real-world results were not podium-level, but his handicap value and huge Moto 2 hard-charger score turned him into the best 450 fantasy pick of the weekend.

Top 10 FastMoto 450 Riders - Fantasy Points

  1. Benny Bloss 72
  2. Hamden Hudson 67
  3. Cornelius Tøndel 65
  4. Lorenzo Locurcio 65
  5. Justin Rodbell 64
  6. Vinny Luhovey 61
  7. Garrett Marchbanks 61
  8. Anton Nordstrom 61
  9. Jace Kessler 61
  10. Jett Lawrence 60

Jett still delivered a strong 60-point fantasy round, helped by his perfect day and holeshot bonus, while Lucas Coenen scored 59 points on debut. But the real FastMoto difference came from the value riders. Bloss, Hudson, Tøndel, Locurcio and Rodbell all outscored or matched several of the biggest names in the class.

That is exactly what makes FastMoto different. The race winner matters, but the rider who beats their handicap can matter even more.

Lux Turner and Levi Kitchen charge through the pack for maximum Hard Charger fantasy points

250 Class: Shimoda Breaks Through, Lux Turner Tops FastMoto

The 250 Class was pure Thunder Valley chaos.

Levi Kitchen won the opening moto after chasing down Seth Hammaker late, while Jo Shimoda recovered from an early crash to finish third. In Moto 2, a first-turn pile-up caught both Kitchen and Hammaker, opening the door for Sacha Coenen to grab the holeshot and lead every lap for his first U.S. Pro Motocross moto win.

Shimoda’s 3-2 score was enough for the overall win, his first victory of the 2026 season. Kitchen salvaged second overall with 1-8, while Nicholas Romano landed a career-best podium with 4-5 finishes. Racer X also noted that Shimoda’s win made him the third different 250 winner in the first three rounds.

For FastMoto users, though, the hero of the 250 Class was Lux Turner.

Turner scored a massive 88 FastMoto points, making him the highest-scoring rider across the entire 250 field. His round came from the perfect fantasy blend: strong adjusted-position scoring plus big hard-charger points in both motos.

Turner scored 41 points in Moto 1 and 47 points in Moto 2, turning a non-podium real-world day into a monster FastMoto result.

  2. Levi Kitchen 75
  3. Seth Hammaker 71

  7. Michael Mosiman 61
  8. Deacon Denno 60
  9. Ryder DiFrancesco 54
  10. Nicholas Romano 53

Kitchen’s 75 points were huge considering his Moto 2 crash, while Hammaker’s 71 points kept him right near the top of the 250 fantasy board. Enzo Temmerman was another sharp value play with 69 points, and Shimoda’s overall win returned 65 points.

Lucas and Sacha Coenen debut pro motocross championship - Thunder Valley

The Coenen Brothers Made Thunder Valley Interesting

The Coenen brothers were the high-risk, high-upside storyline heading into Thunder Valley, and both delivered something worth talking about.

Lucas Coenen’s 450 debut was elite. A 2-2 day and 59 FastMoto points immediately made him a serious factor moving forward. Sacha Coenen’s round was more volatile, but his Moto 2 win showed the ceiling is real. He scored 38 FastMoto points, but the raw race speed was much better than the fantasy total suggests.

For users who took the gamble, Lucas was the clear payoff. For future rounds, both brothers are now firmly on the FastMoto radar.

Club Championship: Tallon711 retakes the Lead

The biggest FastMoto user story of the weekend was Tallon711.

After scoring 615 points, Tallon711 was the top user of the round and moved into the overall Club Championship lead with 6,230 total points across SX, MX and SMX Finals scoring.

The reigning FastMoto Supercross Champion now leads Age by 73 points, with gityourown sitting third, 104 points off the lead.

Luke293 was one of the biggest climbers inside the top 10, scoring 598 points and jumping 10 positions into seventh overall.

The biggest mover of the round was veedub_191, who scored 599 points and climbed 18 positions into 24th overall. That was one of the strongest recovery rounds of the weekend and shows how quickly the leaderboard can shift when the value picks hit.

Final Word

Thunder Valley was a perfect FastMoto round.

The real-world stars still delivered. Jett Lawrence took over the 450 championship. Jo Shimoda finally broke through in the 250 Class. Lucas Coenen arrived in America and immediately looked like a podium threat.

But the fantasy story was all about value.

Lux Turner and Benny Bloss were the highest-scoring riders in their classes. Hamden Hudson, Enzo Temmerman, Derek Kelley, Cornelius Tøndel and Lorenzo Locurcio all rewarded users who trusted the handicap system and looked beyond the obvious names.

With High Point up next, Tallon711 now has the Club Championship lead — but the gaps are still tight, the motocross season is only just heating up, and one big FastMoto round can change everything.
