2026 AUSX Supercross Round 2, Auckland NZ SX1 Podium - FastMoto Fantasy Stats

Auckland gave us two dominant winners and still turned the fantasy leaderboard upside down. Ken Roczen won all three SX1 mains and Cole Davies won all three in SX2. But the points that decided the round came from further back, where FastMoto handicaps turned mid-pack rides into maximum scores.

Here's who scored, who climbed, and what it means for your Geelong team.

SX1: Roczen tops the night, handicaps win it

Ken Roczen wins AUSX Round 2 - Auckland NZ - FastMoto Fantasy

Roczen won every main and scored 85 points, the best SX1 total of the round. He grabbed holeshots in two mains but only earned the bonus once. In FastMoto, a rider gets one holeshot bonus per round, so a gun rider can't run away with it even when he leads every start.

Luke Clout was the next-best SX1 rider on 76. He finished 3-3-3 on the night with a handicap of +1 and took the Main 1 holeshot for 32 points. That holeshot is the whole gap to Christian Craig, who finished second in all three mains on a zero handicap and scored 66.

The real value sat in the handicap riders. Four of them maxed out every main at 25 points for 75 each:

  • Aaron Tanti on a handicap of 5
  • Austin Politelli on a handicap of 7
  • Vince Friese on a handicap of 8
  • Chandler Burns on a handicap of 13, who finished 11th, 12th and 11th and still matched them

Liam Jackson came close on 72, scoring 25, 22 and 25 on a handicap of 9. Reid Lehrer added 60.

Some riders fell short. Jorge Zaragoza scored 18 and 18, then didn't start Main 3, finishing on 36. Zachary Watson missed Main 1 and scored 40.

SX2: Davies and McAdoo dead level

Cameron McAdoo and Cole Davies tied on Fantasy points for AUSX Round 2, Auckland Supercross

Cole Davies won all three SX2 mains. Cameron McAdoo ran second in all three. They finished on 85 points each.

McAdoo's handicap of 1 moved each of his seconds up to a win-level fantasy points of 25 per main. His Main 2 holeshot added the extra 10 that Davies' already-used bonus couldn't match. For fantasy players, a perfect night from the winner and a steady night from the runner-up were worth exactly the same.

Ryder Kingsford was the standout value pick. On a handicap of 7 he scored 25 in every main for 75. Reid Taylor scored 65 on a handicap of 8. Thomas Wood and Kayd Kingsford both scored 59. Dylan Walsh saved his best for last, taking a full 25 in Main 3 for 55. Ryder Kingsford the standout fantasy pick for Round 2, AUSX Fantasy Supercross

At the other end, Max Anstie and Brodie Connolly both finished on 51. Preston Masciangelo opened with 25 but didn't start Main 3, finishing on 40. Jack Chambers and Jayce Cosford both missed a main and scored 25.

Fantasy lessons for Geelong

  1. Handicaps beat podiums. Six riders across both classes scored 75 without winning a main. A well-chosen handicap rider can match the winner.
  2. Holeshots matter once. The bonus only pays once per rider each round. That's why Clout out-scored Craig and McAdoo matched Davies.
  3. Missed mains hurt. Zaragoza, Watson, Masciangelo, Chambers and Cosford each lost a full main of points. Keep your reserves set.
  4. Your FMR Pick decides the gaps. With the top five separated by 20 points, your double-points FastMoto Rider Pick could be the difference.

The AUSX Open in Geelong is next on Saturday, 7 November. Lock in your FastMoto team before the gate drops.
